1. Contract Language

The contract language is English.
Any translations provided are for convenience only. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

2. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

For consumers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.

3. Jurisdiction

If the customer is acting as a business, merchant or self-employed professional, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

For consumers, jurisdiction lies with the courts of their country of residence, where applicable by law.

4. Alternative Dispute Resolution (EU Notice)

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

5. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the original clause.

6. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and Return Policy where necessary.

  • Changes apply only to future orders.

  • In case of material changes, registered customers will be informed by email.
